Tracy Helm Joins Samaha & Associates as Senior Consultant
Miami, Fla. (November 4, 2020) — Samaha & Associates is proud to announce that Senior Consultant Tracy Helm has joined its team. A dynamic and driven credit union advocate with over 20 years of leadership and executive experience, she has managed several hundred projects, including core software conversions, post conversion projects, migrations, and mergers. Helm demonstrates particular expertise on ATM, debit, credit, and shared branching platforms.

Holding a degree in Accounting from the University of Minnesota, Helm is a green belt in Lean Six Sigma and has earned various management and leadership certifications, including the Jack Henry CEO Award (2012), which acknowledges achievements in dedication to excellence. Prior posts include director of Card Services at Jack Henry & Associates, president of Minnesota Mutual Life Employees Credit Union in St. Paul, Minn., and president of the CUSA Northwest User Group.
