A proven leader with over 15 years of credit union experience, Reynolds’ core competencies include working across multiple departments to improve efficiency and process improvement.

Prior to joining Samaha & Associates, she served in a senior leadership role at a credit union overseeing the business systems, card services, and online banking departments. In this role, she managed and coordinated projects related to core processing, third-party vendors, loan origination system, credit and debit processing, online and mobile banking, card networks and the ATM fleet.
