Miami, Fla. (May 10, 2022) — Building on its exemplary reputation in the credit union industry, Samaha & Associates proudly signed 30 new contracts with credit unions in the last 15 months, including returning clients.

“During this same timeframe, we have saved our credit union clients, and thus their members, tens of millions of dollars,” stated Samaha & Associates Managing Consultant Adam Denbo.

In the area of vendor contract negotiations, the North Charleston, South Carolina –based CPM Federal Credit Union and the Montebello, Calif. –based Camino Federal Credit Union tapped the Samaha Team to ensure respective goals will be realized. Both credit unions have successfully worked with the firm in the past.

“Samaha & Associates consistently delivers amazing value. Every time we mention working with Samaha & Associates our entire board breaks out in smiles,” CPM Federal Credit Union’s CEO James Gergen noted. “They know that means really good things are coming!”

Samaha & Associates CEO Sabeh Samaha said the firm is “delighted” to again work with these two credit unions that are “valued members” of the Samaha family. “We have an overall client retention rate nearing 70 percent, which tells us we are doing something right.”

The New York City –based Municipal Credit Union and the Delray Beach, Fla. –based iTHINK Financial Credit Union both signed core related project contracts, explained Samaha. And as many executives understand, a successful core conversion requires expert oversight.

“We are both grateful and thankful to work with these two credit unions on these extremely important and complex projects,” said Samaha. “We are also excited to continue to grow our business model on the Eastern Seaboard.”

Finally, the Winston-Salem, NC –based Truliant Federal Credit Union and the Burbank, Calif. –based Logix Federal Credit Union contracted Samaha & Associates on member experience and optimization projects.

“Member experience is a critically important subject and vital to competitive growth in the credit union industry. We are so appreciative that these two credit unions allowed us to join forces in this key area,” Samaha continued. “And as is the case for all six of our clients noted here, we look forward to delivering exceptional results and supporting the credit union movement.”
