Miami, Fla. (February 16, 2021) — In 2019, Priority One Credit Union successfully partnered with Samaha & Associates to upgrade its home banking and bill pay platforms. In 2020, as the pandemic took hold of the world, the credit union once again turned to the Samaha team to help secure a new core provider system – and add the fact of continued repeat business on critical projects even today.

“We were looking for help in finding a system that would be a great fit, would position us for the future, and for expertise in negotiating the best price,” said Charles R. And although the conversion process occurred as the COVID-19 pandemic was taking place and third-party vendors were not allowed onsite, the Samaha team maintained a streamlined approach.
