Olivia Reynolds is a Senior Consultant with Samaha & Associates Inc. A proven leader with over 15 years of credit union experience, her core competencies include working across multiple departments to improve efficiency and process improvement. She exceeds expectations by using new and existing technologies, and incomparable vendor management and project management techniques.
Prior to joining Samaha & Associates, Olivia served in a senior leadership role at a credit union overseeing the business systems, card services, and online banking departments. In this role, she managed and coordinated projects related to core processing, third-party vendors, loan origination system, credit and debit processing, online and mobile banking, card networks and the ATM fleet. She executed forward-leaning strategies to ensure the credit union met forecasted goals, including increasing revenues.
Olivia’s career highlights at the credit union also include managing the electronic services and training departments. She researched and implemented new and existing vendor relationships to ensure the credit union’s technology was innovative and delivered the best possible member experience. During her time as a training and development manager, she was responsible for creating a training model for new and existing staff. This project was accomplished by partnering with the credit union’s senior leadership team and the human resources department.
A graduate of Lindenwood University, Olivia earned a bachelor degree in Science and Business Administration. She resides in Southern Illinois and enjoys spending time with her family and friends as well as volunteering for local nonprofit agencies. She has a passion for teaching financial literacy to high school seniors and to underbanked communities. In her spare time, she loves traveling, reading, visiting her son at college and cooking with her husband.
