Disa D’Andrea

Disa D’Andrea is a Senior Consultant at Samaha & Associates, Inc. A dynamic and dedicated leader with a proven record of shaping team strategies to meet client needs, she has over 20 years of experience as a technology professional. Her core competencies include process improvement, software implementations and support, client relationship management, contract negotiations and project management.

Disa began her career with Bank One Corporation holding positions in its Finance Business Intelligence group. She served as a SAP Program Coordinator and a Senior Financial Analyst developing SQL applications that provided finance and management teams with a better means of accessing and reporting data. She next became the IT Manager of Core Systems at First Place Bank where she supported Open Solutions software, online banking systems, real-time ATM, IVR/VRU and ancillary systems.

Prior to joining Samaha & Associates, Disa served as Director of Client Service at Fiserv where she managed a team responsible for the operational support of over 300 Fiserv DNA clients. In this role, she formulated department strategies, created goal-oriented development plans, executed company initiatives and developed annual staff budget using Workforce software. A team player, Disa promoted sound communication practices companywide resulting in a collaborative, efficient, hard-working group of remote employees, while maintaining a 95 percent service level agreement rate. Additionally, she developed new service offerings at Fiserv that generated over $2 million in revenue for her division.

A graduate of the The Ohio State University, Disa earned a Bachelor of Science and Business Administration degree in Accounting and Information Systems. She is a certified Project Manager and recently trained as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.

Disa resides in northeast Ohio and enjoys time with family and friends. She never misses cooking a tasty pasta meal for her family on Sundays. Her three teenage daughters and three male dogs, including the newest family member, an eight pound cockapoo named Chandler Bing, makes life both rewarding and challenging. She participates in a local bocce league, loves music of all genres and enjoys reading, cooking, decorating as well as well-deserved downtime at the beach.
