The four completed conversions were finished on time and on budget within the 9-to-12-month implementation timeline. All seven projects involved assisting credit unions with the search, evaluation, selection, negotiations, and implementation of the core processing system. Most projects also included the analysis, replacement, and upgrades in systems ranging from digital channels, payments, on-boarding, business analytics, and financial applications.
